Yes, OpenTAP works without having to register your receiving mobile phone numbers. We have made it even easier for our customers to use OpenTAP, so now all you have to do is switch and/or simply add our OpenTAP dial-up access number 09018600011 (from intl. +447640177177) into your alarm control panel and that’s it. No need to register!

However, the added advantage of registering online means that you can get alerts by email as well as by text. But it’s entirely up to you, but you will always get the text message even if you are not a registered user.
